Our approach
We would rather look after a few homes, and do it truly well.
You live in Paris, Bordeaux, Madrid or London. Your home, meanwhile, lives all year round: a storm, rooms to air, guests arriving on Saturday, a chef to book for Friday’s dinner, a private flight to arrange.
Instead of juggling suppliers, you have one point of contact who knows your home, your habits and your expectations. Behind them, teams trained to our standards, ready to step in on the Landes coast and at our bases in the Basque Country and the Pyrenees. And we only take on a limited number of clients.

A local concierge, run like a house of service.
ESMEROA was born from a simple idea: a homeowner should never have to wonder whether what was planned actually got done.
Tiphanie brings hands-on experience, an eye for detail and a practical knowledge of caring for a home. Frédéric brings fifteen years of management and operations, having led more than a hundred people at companies such as Fnac Darty, SFR, Bouygues Telecom and Mister Menuiserie.
Around them, teams trained to their standards and ready to step in, on the Landes coast and at our other bases. Their choice: to look after a limited number of homes with dedicated teams, rather than chase volume.

Where do you operate?
We are based on the Landes coast and around Dax: Léon, Moliets-et-Maâ, Castets, Saint-Geours-de-Maremne, Saint-Paul-lès-Dax, Pontonx-sur-l’Adour, Rion-des-Landes, Laluque, Hossegor and surroundings. Our local teams also cover the Basque Country (Biarritz, San Sebastián, Bilbao) and the Pyrenees, including La Pierre-Saint-Martin.
I don’t live in the area. How does it work?
That is the case for most of our clients, who live in Paris, Bordeaux, Spain or abroad. We visit your home regularly, send you a report after every visit and remain your single point of contact, wherever you are.
Why a limited number of clients?
Because it is the only way to know each home intimately and keep the same standards on every visit. When we are full, we say so.
Can you arrange a private jet or transfers?
Yes. With our partners, we arrange private flights and chauffeured transfers to and from Biarritz, Bilbao and San Sebastián airports, your home and the Pyrenean ski resorts.
Do you organise ski holidays?
Yes, at La Pierre-Saint-Martin and the other Pyrenean resorts: private instructor, ski and equipment rental, lift passes, snowshoe walks, dog sledding, accommodation and transfers.
Do you manage holiday rentals?
Yes: turnovers between stays, linen, preparation and guest welcome. We also work with real-estate and holiday-rental agencies.
Do you clean offices and commercial premises?
Yes. Dedicated teams look after agencies, practices, shops and offices, on a tailored schedule and, if you wish, outside your opening hours.
Who handles laundry, vehicles and boats?
We work with carefully selected, trusted partners: a laundry for household linen and specialists for your vehicles and boats. You keep a single point of contact: us.
How is pricing set?
Every home is different. Pricing depends on the property, its size, the frequency of visits and the services chosen. We build a tailored proposal after talking with you.
